Yes — heavyweight is our specialty. We regularly produce 300-630 GSM garments: 320-400 GSM heavyweight t-shirts, 400-500 GSM French terry and 3-end fleece hoodies, and up to 630 GSM extreme-weight fabrics on request.

Our heavyweight range covers 180-630 GSM. The standard ladder is 300 GSM (t-shirt), 400 GSM (heavyweight tee / hoodie), 500 GSM (heavyweight hoodie), 580 GSM (heavyweight sweatshirt), and 630 GSM (extreme-weight pants). Custom weights can be developed from 500+ pieces.

Yes. With OEM manufacturing you send us your tech pack, sketch, or reference garment and we handle pattern making, sampling, and production exactly to your spec. Don't have a tech pack yet? Our design team helps you prepare one — many brands start from a reference image only.

Both. With OEM, you provide the design, specifications or tech pack and we produce it. With ODM, you start from our library of 100+ new styles developed monthly and customize fabric, fit, color, and trims. Either way, every garment ships with your labels, hang tags, and packaging — full private label.

Sampling is graded by complexity: simple styles (color or print changes) in about 3 days, standard new styles in 7-10 days, and complex or custom-fabric styles within 15 days.

Bulk production takes 20-35 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on product complexity and order volume, followed by quality control and shipment. Rush service is available for capsule drops and restocks.

We offer screen printing, puff, discharge, digital/DTG, foil, and silicone printing, plus flat and 3D embroidery. For garment finishing: enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, garment dye, hand distressing, fraying, and patchwork reconstruction.

Yes — distressed and patchwork is one of our specialties. We combine garment washes, enzyme and stone treatments, and a hand-finishing station for tearing and fraying, with a defined 3-level distress standard (light / medium / heavy) so quality stays uniform at scale.

Yes. From 500+ pieces we can develop custom GSM, yarn composition, knitting structure, dye and color, and hand feel directly with our partner mills — including heavy 3-end fleece, compact knits, and technical blends.

Every order passes 3-step in-line QC plus a final AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection. Lab test reports cover colorfastness, seam strength, and dimensional stability. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) is welcome, and you can book a factory visit in Guangdong or Hubei.
